Items purchased in the Outlet are Final Sale with no returns or exchanges. Returns of regularly priced items must be made within 10 days of purchase for a store credit , minus the shipping, handling, or other charges. 

Products must be unused, unlaundered, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy. Please note: due to the vintage and custom nature of our Hermès silk pillows, these items are final sale and ineligible for return.

When shipping a return, you must include the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and your packing slip or a copy of your online purchase receipt for proof of purchase.
